The Receiving Party agrees that it shall not, directly or indirectly, during the term of this Agreement and for [60] months thereafter:

  • Use Confidential Information to develop or implement a substantially similar outdoor media product or business model
  • Circumvent the Disclosing Party by engaging directly with advertisers, manufacturers, or partners introduced through the Confidential Information
  • This restriction applies only to the subject matter disclosed and does not restrict the Receiving Party’s unrelated business activities
